1) In a browser, navigate to https://support.platocode.com

2)  Click the Check Ticket Status button if you know the ticket number you want to review, or Sign in to review all your tickets:

If you have forgotten your username or password:

1) After a login attempt fails, a Forgot My Password link will be displayed: Click it.

2) In the Forgot My Password panel, enter your username to have a password reset link emailed to you.

3) If you have forgotten your Username, enter your email address.
